Fitness for mums & bubs, and anyone returning to exercise.
Ready to feel strong, confident, and move again? Join our six-week, baby-friendly fitness program designed for new mums and anyone easing back into exercise. Enjoy a supportive, welcoming environment where you can rebuild strength, improve posture, and boost energy, babies welcome in prams, on mats, or even joining in the fun.
Program Schedule
Tuesdays - Pilates | 8.45am to 9.45am
A gentle session focused on rebuilding strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. Perfect for new mums or anyone easing back into movement.
Thursdays - Strength | 8.45am to 9.45am
A low-impact workout designed to safely tone your body, improve alignment, and support everyday movement. Ideal for anyone returning to fitness.

28 October to 13 November: Amenities Building
18 November to 4 December: The Hub – MP2/3
Casual sessions are $17.50 and can be booked through MindBody, or join as part of a Group Fitness Pass or Membership.
