Your personal trainer (PT) will work with you to understand what you want to achieve, creating a training program specifically for you, while keeping you motivated and challenged along the way.
Individual and small group (two to six people) personal training sessions are available, with each session lasting for your choice of 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
